- Payment Method 2) Quarter payment + collateral up front. A quarter of the full agreed amount must be made up front, including collateral which can be any appropriate commitment of equal value. Upon completion the remainder of the payment must be made before collateral is returned.

-Payment Method 3) Half up front, half upon completion payment. Half of the agreed upon amount must be made up front, the remainder may be made upon completion of contract.

Terms of Shipment

1. All goods to be transported will be maintained and cataloged before, during, and after flight. No exceptions. To ensure proper delivery of cargo, clients must provide an itemized checklist in the form of ZO documentation and templates stating description, quantity, and risk assessments for all items. This documentation will have hard and soft copies, an original, and signatures are required by all parties before transport, and upon arrival of delivery.

2. No goods will be shipped which are assessed above a level 5 risk. The risks defined will include exposure, content types, value, verse prominence (Whether the contents are sought after and by whom), and structural integrity. Each category will be assessed appropriately before shipment no less than 72 hours prior. Any changes to contents must be addressed within 48 hours. Any deviation from this will result in partial, or all cargo being left behind.

Risk Clarification

A) Risk 1 – No or low risk. Cargo that is not volatile or dangerous. Contains content at low to medium value, and is considered common.

B) Risk 2 – Low risk. Cargo that would only be dangerous in exposure, if mixed or combined with other elements not already introduced near contents. Contains content at medium value, and is still considered common.

C) Risk 3 – Medium risk. Cargo that contains dangerous mixtures or combinations and is a health hazard if exposed outside of containers and safety protocols. Contains content at medium to high value, and is considered common to uncommon.

D) Risk 4 – Medium to high risk. Cargo that contains explosive and volatile items which are dangerous if exposed to other elements outside of safety protocols. Contains content at high value, and is considered scarce. Orange Active Status.

E) Risk 5 – High risk. Cargo that contains sensitive material, possible explosive or high danger exposures. Extremely fragile, or responsive outside of safety protocols. Contains content at extremely high value, and is considered rare. Red Active Status.

F) Risk 5+ – Will not ship.

3. Deadlines will be met, however all conditions and threats must be taken into account. Please allow for appropriate amount of time if possible for delivery of cargo.

4. One of three payment options must be adhered to. If payment is not fulfilled upon completion of contract and delivery, abrogation may occur and all goods and cargo will be detained. Once full payment is made, goods will be returned, however cancellation of any future contracts and services may be upheld.
